Lebanon has 10,452 sq km of land area and it is located in Middle East region. The most important is that although Lebanon is a small place, there are wars which cause security caution around the world.
Attention please: Not every region in Lebanon is suitable for people to relocate to.
There are four main regions in Lebanon which are appropriate for folks to travel and long-term staying. They are Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon and South Lebanon. Each of the area has its own features which apposite different characteristics of individuals around the world.

The Capital region of Lebanon- Beirut
The highest population amongst four regions and the most essential part of Lebanon because it comprises history and finance; economic and fashion. It is the most well developed regions and attracts many tourists and immigrants every year and there are nearly 2.1 million people in Beirut.
Beirut is located in the west of Mediterranean Sea and north of the Lebanon-Israel border. It is on the edge of the sea with Lebanon Mountains and two hills which has formed a triangle land area.
How to travel in/to Beirut?

I believe I can fly……I believe I can touch the sky………of Beirut. The city has a renovated airport named Rafic Hariri International Airport (http://www.beirutairport.gov.lb/index.php), which mainly transfer people in and out. It is convince as it is possible to be reached by buses or taxis. Alternatively, Port of Beirut, which is one of the largest ports in Eastern Mediterranean and you may use ferry transportation to travel from Cyprus via Jounieh to the east.

In Beirut, you will always find something to entertain you. There are over 100 of art galleries and workshops located in the capital. They have over hundreds of fine art students’ gradate from Beirut, its shows its ascendant standing and foster the young and talent people in the industry.
Beirut also popular with basketball and football and there are two stadium in the city. You can always enjoy the superior performance of the teams in person!
Living Cost in Beirut
Living cost in Beirut is high….Since it is the most developed in Lebanon.

As the core of Lebanon comprises with fashion, tourism and finance, it provides many opportunities to people. As name applied, Mount Lebanon is surrounded by mountains. Since 2010, there were only 33, 137 people in Mount Lebanon. As the special nature geographic has protect the local resident and kept the density low.

The high peak of Mount Lebanon is Qurnat as Sawda at 3,088 m (10,131 ft) with the range extends along the entire country for about 170 km. The mountains which formed Mount Lebanon have history and great value, as the last remaining old growth groves of Cedar of Lebanon are found in the high slopes of Mount Lebanon.
How to travel in/to Mount Lebanon?
I am afraid that if you would like to aim to Mount Lebanon, rent a car or drive by yourself is the only way to travel in the area. Certainly, not only mountain and mountain in Chouf, but you may also go there for some different and stylish architecture which have left from the past. The famous residential and vacation area like Aley District and Metn provide clean air and stunning views which your folks would feel relaxing from your busy life.
Living Cost in Mount Lebanon
The living costs in Mount Lebanon readily lower. Since there are fewer facilities and the transportation are not really highly developed. However please do not expect the price for the accommodation also stay low as the area provides gorgeous vision and quite environments for residents.
Job Opportunities in Mount Lebanon
As mentioned, this region is formed by mountains. The job vacancies are fewer and less range than Beirut. The major job categories are related to service industry as there are many hotel, resorts and restaurants. There are also some little stores which selling distinguishing local feature products in the area.
North Lebanon is northernmost costal of Lebanon. There are 502,600 people in the cities and the people are divided into diverse religious. The most well-known area, Akkar District also located in North Lebanon.
North Lebanon locates on the edge of Mediterranean Sea and stand right next to Mount Lebanon. There is rocky terrain and also stunning views which make people love it and worthless it.
How to travel in/to North Lebanon?
The main transport to travel to North Lebanon is that the renovated airport in Beirut, which named Rafic Hariri International Airport (http://www.beirutairport.gov.lb/index.php).While you are in the city centre, you may choose buses or service taxi (cheaper than the taxi without booked). North Lebanon is the combination of historical and energetic. You may not only choose to visit museums and historic architectures in the cities, you may also choose to go hike and ski, as to enjoy the beautiful scenery since the highest mountain Qurnat as Sawda also partly located in the city

Safety: The regions that left behind- Bekka and South Lebanon
All we know that security in Lebanon is the main concern while you plan to travel or move there. It is not represent the issues is not considerate. This post has no mention about it since the three regions that have mentioned are more secure and safer and they are able for people to relocating and travelling.
The regions that I now mention are Bekka and South Lebanon which are not really recommended to live or travel, as both of the cities have targeted by bomb attacked recently. There are places that value to travel though, but remember to be patient to the news of the area and stay away from suspicious places and items.
Although Lebanon is full of risky, you will find Lebanon is the combination of beauty and excitements. Please don’t feel fear, be the warrior and conquer Lebanon!
